Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a free consultation or a paid training session, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If a session cancellation, purchased as a single training session and not part of a course, is made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the lesson price will be refunded. Partial refunds are only considered with course packages when a request is made via the website to cancel the course, though course sessions from packages may be rescheduled with a deadline of 6 months from the purchase date. No-shows or failure to attend any lesson (either individual or part of a course package) will result in the loss of the lesson.
